HOW IT WORKS
OUR PROCESS
PROPOSAL
We start off with learning a little bit about you and the and your business. Where you are now and what your goals are for the future. A custom proposal will then be created to ensure we execute your distinctive vision.
PRODUCTION DAY
Day of production is streamlined, thorough and more importantly fun. With all of the upfront work being completed in our planning phase our team is able to come in and execute our shot list while having time to be creative, laid back and roll with any obstacles that are presented.
PLANNING
POST - PRODUCTION
Once we've agreed on a direction and vision our team begins pre-production. We begin to build out a mood board, story board and shot list. This is sent you you for revisions. Once approved we gather all the necessary permitting, gear and crew to bring your project to life. A final call sheet with dates and times will then be sent out.
The editing of your video content begins. We thoroughly back up all footage to several hard drives, begin culling through all the footage and build out our first rough cut. This first round of edits is sent to you for your approval of direction and pacing. Once we get the OK from you we begin to finalize the video. Depending on how many revisions we've agreed upon in the proposal we continue to dial in your vision and prepare it for delivery.
Once the video is delivered we begin to strategize your marketing plan and and implement testing to get your content and brand seen.

WHAT is your day rate?
Rates are subjective to the types of projects our clients are looking for. Since not all projects are created equally we are unable to give an exact rate until we can discuss your needs.

ARE THERE ANY SURPRISE FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
All fees (travel, shipping, etc.) are built into your custom proposal price. The only time this price will change is if additional services or products are added on after the initial booking.
HOW DO WE SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
If you’d like to meet over Zoom and talk details, just let us know and we’ll send you a Calendar link to schedule time right on our calendar.
